Be sure to use PVC reinforced hoses within specified temperature and pressure ranges. Open/close any valve slowly while applying pressure to avoid percussion pressure and damage the hose. The hose used should be suitable for the loaded fluid. Consult a professional when in doubt about whether the hose you are using is suitable for a particular fluid.

· Do not use non-food grade hoses for the production or handling of food products, for the supply of drinking water, and for cooking or washing food. Use hoses above their minimum bending radius. When the hose is applied to powder and particles, please enlarge its bending radius as far as possible to reduce the possible wear on the hose.

· In the vicinity of metal parts, do not use in extreme bending state.

· Do not put the hose in direct contact with or near an open fire.

· Do not crush hoses with vehicles.

· When cutting steel wire reinforcement hose and fiber steel wire composite reinforcement hose, the exposed steel wire will cause harm to people, please pay special attention.

Precautions during assembly:

· Please select suitable hose size metal joints and fittings.

· When inserting the fish scale groove part of the joint into the hose, coat the hose and the fish scale groove with oil, and do not bake with fire. If it cannot be inserted, use hot water to heat the hose and insert.

Points for attention during inspection:

· Before using the hose, please confirm whether there is any abnormality on the appearance of the hose (trauma, hardening, softening, discoloration, etc.);

· During the normal use of the hose, be sure to carry out regular inspection once a month.

· The service life of the hose is greatly affected by the characteristics of the fluid, temperature, flow rate and pressure. If abnormal signs are found during pre-operation inspection or regular inspection, please stop using the hose immediately and repair or replace it with a new hose. Precautions for hose storage:

· After using the hose, remove the residue inside the hose.

· Please keep it indoors or in a dark and ventilated place.

· Do not store the hose in an extremely bent state.
